Grass Clippings & Yard Waste Collection
Yard debris (including grass clippings, leaves, and other organic yard waste) is collected at the curb on Mondays throughout the year. Yard debris should be placed in brown paper yard debris bags (and NOT in plastic bags), or bundled with twine.
Each fall the Village provides residents with some paper lawn and leaf bags to be used for leaves; leaves should NOT be raked into the street as the Village does not currently vacuum bulk leaf piles. Additional leaf bags are available in the Village Office while supplies last. Otherwise, residents may purchase them from a home supply store. Christmas and holiday trees are collected as part of the regular weekly yard debris collection.
